draw more... hehe..
Try too look for some reference you like. Try imitating the lighting, pace, and basic drawings (anatomical if it's human or creatures). You'll get some new experience when you want to create your own artwork..
Also I heard from some experts that we can do training by starting in make a silhouettes for the object you want to draw.
