I really like how this one came out xD The clothes especially xD The idea of the clothing came from a Teen Vogue magazine that my friend let me have from March 2006... xDD Cuz she brought it to school last year and I was like OOOOH I want to draw someone wearing those clothes xDsoo yea. The title sucks, so... ignore it xD

You did a really good job here, especially on the clothes. The folds and everything look great, because different parts of the outfit have different looking folds, illustrating how they're made of different fabrics and different weights of fabric. Then the details on the belt, the buttons and design of the jacket, and especially of her bracelets look so good! Her hair looks pretty, as usual, and I love her cute little pose. ^^ I like the colors of the outfit, too.

cute, but those white highlights always look strange no matter how much I try to get accustomized to those: like there's additional super-shiny lightsource directed to the top! It'd be helpful to at least add some of those to the skin, too.

human skin doesn't absirb light, it's in fact quite transparent/reflective.
So if I was drawing such highlights, I'd add some light spots at least on shoulder and arms, too. But hence manga is supposed to be symbolic, you may always do as you please
