I've been playing around with the idea of monster-inspired 19th century fashion as of late, so I thought I'd tighten up a few of the concepts and finish them up as fashion plates; I wanted to kick out some new pieces for Steamcon anyway, so the timing is perfect.The werewolf was the first design I came up with- kinda subtle, but I tried to integrate a lot of iconography into the costume to kinda drive it home. Also! Fur. Lots of fur.

(Seems worth mentioning that I'll have art and prints in the Steamcon IV Art Exhibition this year, along with being on a number of panels about art, games, mummies, all that good stuff. Hope to see some of you there!)

I love the combo of the streamlined military style with the more recognizable Victorian draping and bustle - and how you've got military (I think?) details on the skirt itself. I'm not a big werewolf fan, but she's pretty fab, especially those patches above her eyes.

Geez, I really really like how you combined blue with all the brownish/yellowish usual werewolf colors! I'd really never thought stars and blue sky and everything could look good with fur, but this is amazingly harmonical.

I think I like the flowers and leaves in her hair the best-- sort of a subtle "yeah I just un-fursploded from a night out in the woods, but I'm totally cavalier about it, don't care who knows it" kinda thing. AND THE SPURS!

This is simply stunning, I love all of your designs but this one is so brilliant. You're a very talented designer and artist. This hits like...every button I have. Werewolf, high fashion, 19th century, the color, the stars, the military, THE SHOES!!! THE FUUUR!! Uggg, just, I could go on and on about this forever because it's that wonderful. Would you be at all objectionable to me possibly making this costume in the near future???

Also I love love love her eyebrows and that big Gibson puff and the underskirt and wow gosh everything.

I actually like this one better than the Vampire (which is also very good). We never see werewolf fashion, but you made it elegant with making it "safe."
