I might have to pick up a few pieces! I love trying new medium. although usually I sketch out what I'm going to do and I assume you can't sketch first on scratchboard.

You sketch on a paper and then trace it to the scratchboard using a transfer (saral) paper.

I've said it before and I will say it again, tigers are your forte. Powerful face, the colors are vibrant, the fur so detailed. This doesn't look like you rushed. The chunk of orange fur on the rightmost part of his body is less detailed than the rest, but it doesn't take away from the piece as your eye is drawn to the detail and texture of the face. I like how the background is just enough to break up the black, yet make the tiger stand out even more, especially the little dandelions. Gives a very... flighty feeling, similar to when you see a lot of fireflies on a very dark night. *thumbs up* beautiful, and does not appear rushed.
