Hooooo BOI you have no idea how much thought and work I put into this fella :'D

Like, I did make a Gaster Version for Deltarune, but after I got sucked into the chaos that was SO MANY HINTS, DYKs AND REFERENCES FOR GASTER IN DELTARUNE AND EVEN OUTSIDE THE GAMES ON WEBSITES--

TL;DR I just got so hooked and wanted to redo my main man :'D

Tbh, I started his redesign when I had nothing better to do in my internship owo

And my god, even after so much time I'm STILL not 100% what I'll do with him in the Deltarune storyline. You know, espacially since atm only Chapter 1 out and there is alot of Chapters comin'

But I guess it's a good thing! More time to spew out the 50 headcanons and theories am I right? ewe

And since I don't want to leave ya hanging with just a pic of my science boi, let me just give you a long rundown to a pretty solid headcanon I have, kay? Kay owo

So, our story startsthe moment Gaster fell into his greatest creation. Being scattered across time and space he was broken, lost. But not completely; Gaster was able to see so many different alternate and parallel universes of his world. Sadly, most, if not all, without him. And not to mention that human who had the choice to do what he never could fullfill, or eradicate the monster race and become a horrible murderous being.

These future ... no, they would not do, espacially with a human with the power to choose and create such horrible futures. So, after gathering his lost pieces up, he created a new world out of the pieces of his own world. A new world, peaceful, without a horrible war. But he wasn't done yet. He also pulled US into this new world. He knows that we exist and so the soul that was controlling Frisk in Undertale would be part or Deltarune now too.

That, combined with the very interesting research data about the Darknss and Shadows he also found in this new world would turn out to be very, very interesting.

And so, Gaster created a new playground for him and us to play around in ... but this time with HIS rules. There is only one set pathway, despite choosing to say certain things, attack or act, at the end of the day it would not matter. Gaster would tell his story, with us the players in the very middle of it. Or rather Kris, who seemed to be pretty much not okay with Gaster putting us into them to control them around ...

I'm well aware that Gaster is just one out of about 2 or 3 characters that could turn out to be the Knight or rather the great evil Antagonist we will face in the future. Other candidates could be Asriel, Ralsei, maybe even a whole new character.

But tbh I would love Gaster to be the great evul and have a bigger role in the game :'3

... have ... have I already mentioned how proud I am of this Gaster Knight design and how much I love Gaster in general? qwq
