I've quick modeled a Shadow Heartless, for any of you who haven't played KH: Those are the most common enemies.I used only one refence picture (from wikipedia), so the head is alittle bigger and they are skinnier than the original ones.
Took 5 hours
Done in maya 7.

I used a 20% opacity really soft brush on photoshop after rendering.
