A new colour variation on my gryphon leather mask. This version has a base coat with the colour and subtle sheen of an old penny, with strongly contrasting highlights in shiny metallic blue-green, mimicking the finish of oxidized copper. The photo doesn't quite do the strong contrast and metallic sheen justice!

The mask is made from a single piece of leather. I hand-shape each mask, using no forms or moulds. Once dry, the mask is painted entirely by hand. All of my masks are wearable, comfortable, flexible, light-weight, and sturdy! They come with two removable ties attached for wear and/or display.
