The center part of her outfit is semi transparent. It's a separate layer set to 50% opacity. It's the same color as the rest of her outfit, just 50% invisible.

Maybe you can't figure this, but it happens to me all the time, when I finish a drawing I usually see it perfect, but with the time I see many issues with them, like the proportions, shadows, lights... and it is more difficult to do the changes at that time.
