comissioned again! : D i have a lot of these coming out though. anyway.this time i got commissioned to come up with a lamia-medusa crossover type monster. i played around with the location of the evil petrification eye thinger cuz i wanted to modify the design further, and i really like what happened :3
im not too happy with how grey the shadows of the background turned the colors, but its still appropriate for the piece i think. though next time, im definately using a different color to shade

Does she ever turn herself into stone looking at herself? Or even ever worries about that!?!
Like for real it should make sense that if she turns others into stone she could turn herself into stone......unless if she looks indirectly like you're supposed to....

Egad...This is probably the prettiest version of Medusa that I've ever seen! Part of me also ADORES that you made her a white snake, but that's a Japanese mythology thing, not Greek.

I read Medusa only last year, and it was great, but I had no picture of descripting what exactly Medusa looked like, apart from this cartoon scenerized version of the 3 Sisters, and here it is. I really like this. Great work and colors

such a lovely naga rendition. the details are excellent and the curves have a nice flow to them, however some of the lines of the tail are a bit sharp.

Oh Wow! The costume on medusa is so detailed. *adores Medusa the most from mythology*
I'm not sure it might only be me, but the hair/snake line looks too low. I think the snakes might just be wrapping around her forehead so it's tricking my eyes. And the forearm doesn't seem that it should have such a sharp curve/bend.
