In attempt to cure my artblock, I tried to make a comic page out of one of the scenes from X-Men First Class movie, which was the part before they went to battle, Charles and Erik had a little argument about mutants and humans and Erik finishing with that quote etc etc, you know the drill.Oh and what's with the black king chess piece? It sorta to add more feeling of dominance and strength to Erik's words and also technically as a combo breaker, because leaving it as 3 stacked horizontal panels looks dull to me.
Anywho, is my artblock cured? Sorta I guess, ideas are still pouring out and I got my hands to use the tablet again, so yeah, kinda.

The 2 had deep ideological differences. BUT scratch a mutant and you get a human being. I got tired o the mutant mutant mutant storylines.
I haven't cracked a Marvel comic -or DCĀ or Archie, in years...

Love Charles in the first panel, their position in the second....specialy Erik's.
I think it would look better with just three simple horizontal panels....the king kinda breaks the flow for me, looks odd.
