[EDIT] Hey, I hope you are all doing well! I've been quite busy with university these days and a bit anxious to get the results for my theses. I stick to my decision to not upload any more new art, I'm feeling much more relaxed about art right now and it fulfills me to be able to spend more time on my personal projects without worrying how people will react to them. But, I've redrawn this older piece of mine and wanted to update this old deviation. The other two options would have been to delete the old one but I wouldn't want to empty my gallery or to keep it as it is but I am really unhappy with the old one. I wanted to post a small animation at first that overlaps the two pieces but DA won't let me. I can't even link the stash link, ahaha. Anyways, I hope you're all having a good time and a nice 1st Advent (for those who celebrate it). <3

Info: I took the background for the second one from a piece by Alexander Roslin ("King Gustav III of Sweden and his brothers") and made some adjustments to it. It's public domain so that's fine but credit where credit is due! <:

Sorry for the lack of uploads, I am quite busy again with commercial stuff. I wish I could upload some polished drawings but these doodles have to be enough for now, I hope you understand. ;v;

I don't like the stiff pose on this at all but I really like how his face, the hair and the shine on the uniform turned out so I wanted to upload this. I saw this dude in a dream of mine. He had an argument with his twin brother who was a pirate but I don't know what it was about anymore. Anyways, I liked the design enough so I had to draw it. I will probably implement him into one of my already pre-existing stories. The uniform is inspired by some kind of French military suit. Sadly I couldn't recall the uniform from my dream exactly anymore, I just remember it looked super shiny and had lots of gold in it. But of course the fancy moustache had to stay, lmao

I am also doing a small oc challenge with another oc of mine but decided to fill a sketchbook with it. I feel like after all those months of digital art I grew a bit tired and need to doodle some traditional things again. I was thinking of making a small video of all the sketchbook pages when it's done so you can see the whole thing at once. Sadly my camera is very bad but maybe some of you are interested nevertheless? I'd upload it on my youtube channel. <:
First I have to finish my commercial work though, but after the 15th I ought to be free for a limited amount of time
