Kinoko 05Porpolomopsis calyptriformis
Porpolomopsis calyptriformis or more commonly known as Pink Waxcap can only be found in certain areas of Europe. It was previously on red alert on the endangered species list, but in more recent years the population has grown back. However it is still considered endangered, so although it is non-toxic you are not allowed to eat them! As pink waxcaps grow older their cap begins to flatter and look like a witch hat.
