This is quite beautiful! I love the effect you used here. The rain and the rain drops are fabulous. I'd say placed at the right area.
I love the relationship you showed in this drawing. It really shows the way the both characters missed each other. It really shows a lot of emotion and action.
I love the line art to this piece. all very smooth and perfect for the scene. Your character Meryl shows this innocence and Flanca shows strength.
The black grey white scale coloring is lovely. again, perfect for the scene.
