Depression*- the pokemon cant attack on consecutive turns.

Yeah I feel you. I mean Truely the derp duck is the only thing that relates. Other than that the design is Truely unique to itself! And the plumage of the bird is absolutely fantastic!!

Great job, and nice with the literary allusion. (Which actually makes it closer to Magikarp, as it's line is based off of a legend of a koi swimming up a waterfall to become a dragon through great struggles)

I was trying not to design fish or marine animals for this contest so the next thing i remember that has the gyarados effect was the ugly duckling story
