It's been a while since I did one of these. I already let Joker, Piranha Plant and Chrom pass me by.

And recently Banjo-Kazooie and Hero from Dragon Quest.

Now I will eventually draw them. But I'm not going to let the recent announcement of Terry Bogard from SNK's 'King of Fighters/Fatal Fury' series pass me by.


It's a good follow-up to my previous entry with Ken Masters.


Now Mr. Masters has a chance for a do-over ever since he's humiliating defeat to Terry in one of the Death Battles. (Those really don't mean everything though BTW.)


I'm not sure if Terry Bogard was high on people's demand lists for his inclusion in Super Smash Bros. But I am sure King of Fighters as well as other SNK properties was among the requests.

There's also a Sans hat on a Mii fighter which also indicates he'll make it into Smash at a point too. Geez...how many MORE are they gonna add at this point!? XD

I guess it is Smash Ultimate in that the more they keep piling on in this game there's no point for another entry....until a new Nintendo console is made of course.

We also await the likes of Shantae to make it in there. But the likes of Crash Bandicoot and Spyro still seem remote as Activision wants too much money to license them.


I will try my hardest to finish off the current list of new comers; but it has been a long while since I have. XD Should at least say I plan on drawing Banjo-Kazooie next as he was recently added to the game a few days ago.

Terry Bogard actually happened to be one of my most wanted characters for Ultimate, as I felt SNK needed to be represented in Smash Bros. and he is pretty much the mascot for that company. That, and I wanted to see "Capcom vs. SNK" happen in Smash ever since we got "Capcom vs. SNK" happen in Tekken 7 (Akuma and Geese Howard were guest fighters in that game). Looks like I have gotten my wish with last week's Nintendo Direct.

Your drawing of Terry is great, and I love that expression he has on there. Looks like he's ready to take on the world of Nintendo, as well as other 3rd-party challengers that are in the game.

You know Terry is pretty much like the Ryu of the KOF/Fatal Fury series. But that series also has the likes of Mai Shiranui, Iori Yagami and Geese Howard. SNK has all sorts of mascot potential; to say nothing of their Samurai Shodown series with Hamorou and Nakoruru.

It looks as if one of your wishes for who to be included in Smash came true so that's great. I just hope it doesn't get out of hand where Smash suddenly becomes more and more like M.U.G.E.N. XD

Luckily, Sakurai's going to stick to video game characters only for Ultimate, and it's best to leave the non-game characters to fangames only.

Yeah already ppl are making more of a big deal on the Sans Mii hat than Terry Bogard being included.
To think I think a it ill of the current gaming generation

Ah yes, they are both KOF is kind of a spin off and it’s own thing. The thing the makes it different is the main villain Geese is dead in the Fatal Fury and is considered canon. I’m the KOF world, Geese is still alive. XD It’s best to not question it lol.

It is finally time for SNK to have it’s place back in the sun, and nothing says it better than Fatal Fury’s Terry. The reveal trailer really split my sides, Nintendo went out of its way to make it fun.

Because I've never actually been much of a fan of the SNK fighting games the same way as the Capcom fighting games, I'm actually pretty neutral about the idea of Terry being a playable character in "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate", but at least he's a somewhat better choice of character than Mai.

I never played KOF that much either.

All my meories of the series are from earlier titles; and I instaly think of it as a rival to Street Fighter mostly.

Maybe he's a better choice than Mai. I know some ppl might disagree on that XD
