Animated Autobots don't fly except for Jetfire and Jetstorm. Not even Powerglide flew.

Not sure how familiar you are with Devvy but he is actually a nod to a G1 character that had a one shot cartoon about him in the original series. Devcon is neither Autobot or Decepticon but rather a freelance bounty hunter similar to Lockdown, who to say he doesn't upgrade himself like Lockdown does. What Devcon has going for him though is he is the more honorable type of bounty hunter and more on the good side.

Ah. I was not aware. I didn't see his episode, nor bothered to look it up on the TFWiki. If he truly is a bounty hunter, than it's okay to give him an air-based mode. I honestly did not care for the original G1 series, so I kind of skimmed over it.

That's really good, it's nice to see an attempt made at the G1 version of the character, very nicely done.

Yes and no. Its basically the alt mode but I had to add pieces such as the thrusters and cockpit to make it look more like devcon rather than Megs.
