yes, this one is supposed to be a vampire(hence the little tooth sticking out of his mouth). honestly, I made this guy in the thought of a show called "hellsing", and so this character was born, I'm not putting this in the "scraps" area because this is honestly one of the best drawings I've ever made(and if you've viewed my other pieces, you'd already know that)any way, go ahead and critique this as much as you like, and in case your wondering, the reason his hands are like that is because he's in handcuffs
