very easy ! as you became smaller, your pants lift a little, but enough to let your tail get out without problem ^^ like that, you haven't to buy new pants ^^

i prefere "Franco-Belge" style ^^ but read some books which explain how to draw mangas, with anatomies, perspective ... it could help you as it helped me ^^
