Idea of this pic is that owner of the Dungeon Gym wants more customers to his Gym, they make Toby, who looks like pretty girl because he has long hairs, dressing up as maid and being customer magnet. And then Zeo and Masamune see him and Zeo gets nosebleed because Toby looks so cute and he has dirty fantasies. And Masamune is just so retarded that he doesn't understand how cute Toby looks. XDD Or something like that.
