Description I just had to try for this boy. He's gorgeous! I think him and Proteus would be a great pair! Excuse my terrible story, I haven't written anything in a LONG time. And I'm getting back into the swing of things!

STORY:

Proteus had found himself on a plane to Kinavara Stud after hearing about the death of Alfred Burns. Normally him and his twin Shia would’ve made their way over to look at the horses, but Shia was busy with their other AUSWB’s and so it left only him.

As he looked throughout the property it saddened him to know that this would all fall away with Alfred’s passing. He could’ve imagine what his children were feeling. He shoved his hands into his pockets as he strode along the pathway to where the horses were being kept. He didn’t know if he’d end up taking any of them home, but it didn’t hurt to look!
He looked so see so many beautiful horses, and normally he’d go for a mare, but what caught his eye was a gelding. He approached the gelding and smiled as he ran a ran over the horses face gently.
There was a women standing close by, and hoping to not seem creepy, he tapped her shoulder and asked about the horse. She told him everything, and hearing the background of the horse made his heart ache. He related in the way that he never had a relationship with his mother either. He nodded as she further explained, and then asked if he could ride the horse.

He loved the horses light and airy gaits, he was a beautiful mover. He had a fantastic ride with the help of the women he had talked to. Who he knew now as “Zoe Hughes” she had continued to give him tips on riding the gelding, and how to get the best out of him. By the end of the ride, he started to understand the gelding a lot more, which then caused him to become more excited about the young horse, and what they could achieve together. As he closed his ride, he gave Pee-Wee a good pat and rub, and thanked Zoe for all of her help.

He had a giant grin on his face as he phoned his sister, unsure of what her response would be to him trying for a horse.

“Hello?”

“Well…I think I’m bringing one home,”

“SEE! And you say I’M BAD! Good! Do it! So you can stop riding MY horses!” He rolled his eyes.

“Oh shut up!” He smirked. He was just excited, and hoped that it all went in his favor.

About this horse:
Careful, gentle, sensitive. Pee-Wee got the sensitivity and intelligence of both of his parents. He is smart and hyper aware of everything around him. He is more cautious and than both his parents and can get spooky in new places, especially when he is away from people and horses he trusts. He is happiest when he is kept with a buddy that is steady and can comfort him. It us unknown if his dam's struggle to bond with him left him with some nerves as he has been a bit shy and sensitive since he was a young foal. He really loves contact and physical reassurance so touch and soothing sounds are a great tool when he is nervous about something. However once he has a strong bond with his handler and rider he is much braver and will do his best to please.

He is a naturally cautious jumper. He dislikes touching the poles and HATES having them fall and 'chase' him. He will refuse to jump something if he feels its too close or his rider is unstable, but if you set him up properly he will jump clear every time. He has only just started to jump under saddle but we can see this boy excelling in the jumping ring if you continue his training in this discipline. He might be a touch nervous for Eventing and Cross country, but with the right rider and a lot of trust we can also see him doing well in that discipline too. He has fantastic movement and naturally loose and light movement that is mostly shown when he is dancing his way around something scary, but we hope he can be taught to unlock that potential on purpose too.

Notes:  This horse is a Gelding and is therefore unable to be bred.
