Hmm...that's a tough one...I'm thinking...probably either two (I'm assuming you're sticking with the three person teams) other chars with similar cold personalities (possibly with different reasons for being like this) like him to create a team that just gets things done as quickly as possible without a whole lot of mercy. They wouldn't particularly work together and prefer to go off and do their own thing but they still complete missions without fail. So they'd be a very efficient team but most of the other teams would be afraid of them because none of them smile/talk very often and are incredibly cold and distant.
or two ppl with completely opposite personalities from his...Two chars that are friendly and outgoing and try to make him come out of his 'shell' and open himself up to the world. This of course would annoy him and would often cause him to stubbornly tell them to get lost. Although if they ever did he probably feel disappointed.
Haha, this is just how I see it...feel free to do whatever you want of course. As for the Pokemon though...I don't really know...>.>
