I cheated on the colors and sampled from actual source material just to see how big the difference was from the colors in my head to what they actually were.I surprised myself by how BIG the difference is.

Nah, she's not an OC. She just has yet to make it into the anime. She first appears in novel 9 and again in 12, she's Dynast's general.
