Now would be the perfect time to upload some epic snow shots!

Sadly though, we didn't have any snow this year... Well, we did have some snow about a week ago, which was enough to have some sideways fun at the university parking lot (I'm so mature) but not nearly enough for epic train shots (considering it melted by midday). So instead, I thought I'd upload this shot from two years ago, when we had an absolutely massive amount of snow for Christmas. Leverkusen isn't exactly famous for white winters, so I froze my ass off outside, taking as many shots as possible before my fingers resigned. This one was taken at my usual spot in Rheindorf, featuring a class 120 electric zooming down the mainline with an InterCity in tow. This type was the first ever multiphase AC locomotive to be built on a large scale, and is basically the grandfather to all modern trains that use asynchronous drive motors.
