Thanks. No, I didn't wet the paper. I just painted quickly before it dries.

What's the main difference between watercolors and gouache? Is it ticker? Anyway, nice drawing, I like the colors.

Watercolor is more transperent and gouache is more opaque. I used gouache only once or twice. In this painting, I used gouache more like watercolor. Some of my classmates used gouache thicker. However, they are not that much different unless you are a very picky person.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I thought you could use them in the same way. Just like you can let tempera dry and use it as watercolors (although I don't know if that gives results as good) or use it straight from the tube.
