It's sort of a response to Mikey always beating Raph by ticking him off to the point where he can't think straight anymore.
I took my time with this one, but also pushed myself to keep going even if I screwed up. Very minor edits in only one panel.
Tools: Blue and red pencils, ballpoint pen. Lettered and boxed on pc.
