Malaysia? Same here. She's probably expensive because she's a rare item.
There's a few on eBay Malaysia selling at about RM300+, but if you're lucky enough, you might just be able to get her at a really good bargain.

P/S - Got mine at RM240 though...the next week, I saw another Saber Lily priced at RM200. Simply put, these things depend on luck.

And I would really recommend buying one especially if you're an otaku. Just make sure to grab the lowest price possible.
Sure it's quite expensive for something as small as 10cm but hey, think about the behind-the-scene art

Heck, I even starve myself to death just to get my hands on one of those. Cheers.
