No worries at all, Mikah in full armor as her alternative outfit is going to look great! I'm content enough that she gets to keep the tank top as part of her casual attire aboard the Fortune Runner, no need for you to go through the hassle of working on a third outfit.
As for Gemma... Well, I've been thinking about getting her an armor, but you are tempting me so much with the prospect of a romance outfit!

Wow, what have we gots here?!? Well, Pan's looking as sultry and dangerous as ever; Tol is really rockin' his new Sidewinders; Hope and Gemma are looking incredibly sexy as the hot new additions to the crew; I'm loving Oxford's new outfit and armor/padding; Seraphine and Gorr look even more bad-ass, LT (Lord Titan) looks sanded out of his gourd ( again 
I can't wait to see Karny in his new armor, and I still want to see Mickie in a Demolisher armor set (please, if possible); I just think that the Demolisher suit goes so great with her being a tech, and it looks cooler than the Engineer armor they have in ME:A...)

I've changed the forearm protectors but I don't know if I'm happy with it. I tried just adding lines of colour to the outfit but I didn't like that either. I'm so picky
I think I need to doΒ a lot more work on Elliot's ship. It's still a boring grey because I've been too lazy to colour it. There's so many tony little parts

Look awesome, and i imagine is hard to recolor, but look very well. Maybe, only need some cannons or weapons (no Ezemac, but 2 Mass Accelerator cannons in the wings (i see 2 turrets and missile launcher only))
But equal look awesome
