Age: 30 ( I changed his age, thought it would suit him more. )

Occupation: Head Chef of the Golden Swan, his own restaurant

About his restaurant: The Golden Swan is a place where many nationalities are welcomed thanks to the menu. They serve up to almost anything, including French,Cajun, Italian, Spanish, and many other types of foods from other cultures to please. The menu is carefully sorted out in categories, this way there is no frustration from what to pick. It's about a 4 star restaurant at best, but there only concern is that the food tastes fantastic for the customers and they feel very welcomed and leave happy.
Tarts are a special desert, since word spread that it was the Princesses favorite treat.

Back story: Jean was brought into a family of Mute Swans, again he is a Coscoroba Swan ( which are not exactly considered to be in the swan family anymore ). Most of his family ran the same business, which was being very popular food critics around the Swan Kingdom. As food critics are known to do, they've put a number of food venders and restaurants out of business. Jean didn't think too well of this family job, but he did have a great interest in food, especially since he was introduced to so many different dishes and new tastes. This only lead onto him wanting to be a professional gourmet cook.

About Jean: His family and the rest of the cooks that work around him can say that he is pretty goofy ( Especially his pointed nose that is red just like a coscoroba swans bill ). He tries not to be too uptight, except when it is necessary especially in his kitchen. When he's not working he keeps himself busy by ether looking after younger kids in his family, going to wine tastings or other parties he gets invited to often. He does love music, especially jazz music. He tries not to dip too much into the wine, since it just brings out his far more silly and clumsy side which has usually caused nothing but trouble for him.
