It was a mere attempt at building a Cossack fort in Sagallo in 1888 (further colonization was planned to establish diplomatic ties with Ethiopia), it was dismantled by the French military in two months. But if you added the attempted full-scaled colonization of Hawaii, then it would be (more) fair if the Sagallo episode would be present in your map. I don't want to seem picky, it's just for the sense of completeness of the map
