that is some kind of person in there....

it's been a really weird day. I have Panic Disorder, so I'm a very anxious person and it's not at all strange for me to spend a day being nervous or scared or even terrified.

but I usually don't tend toward actual paranoia. Today? Totally paranoid. There are so many WINDOWS in this house, it's awful. And while I have no idea who "they" are or why "they" are after me, I did spend all day convinced "they"were.

I think it's actually just my brain's normal thing of giving me something to be scared of my my chemistry freaks out for no reason, and it's not actually a new symptom of my fun mental issues.

but we'll see.
