you can either set this as the group's webcam or DL it then go to the group page and click the little icon placeholder and it should give you the option to upload it/set the webcam as the icon. (I've never done the webcam thing...only the upload option)

And uh... how do you set something as a webcam? It won't let me, and when I try to save the .gif it only lets me save it as a still picture.

if you save it as a .gif it should still be animated when you upload it...but I dunno about the webcam, lemme see if I can find out.

haha, I didn't notice either until I figured I'd better say who the guys were and who they were supposed to be since I mentioned Bella.

I never realized it was such a common name, but I can actually think of about 20 'Matt's in my school that I know.
