Oh well thank yoU!! It has been a personal favorite of mine. I am actually a little upset, I seem to have misplaced my Hoya filter, not only was it expensive, but it's what made this photo possible.

Oh this is sooo cool. I was just reading some of the comments left on this. Did you convert your camera to infrared yourself?? We recently purchased a Canon Digital Rebel XTi, which means we now have a spare original Canon Digital Rebel, which I was thinking of having converted to infrared. It just seems like it would be such a killer secondary camera to have around!

nope, I used the hoya filter for this one. I would love love love to have a dedicated infrared camera, but I just can't afford it right now in my life.

Wow - well it worked fantastically!! The shot is perfect! And yeah, the best reliable place I could find that converts them would cost about $350.00. I just can't pull the trigger on it yet. But maybe someday!

I think I would move up to covert a 5d though...you know, because I would have so much money to spend!! lol
