Easter monday~mm, this took quite a while, longer than i thought.. = =; had to get it done asap

I've been.....Okay....Yesterday I got grounded-ish for my OLDER brother being a total stupid-head. ;~;
Buuuuuut....I guess I'm fine :3

Well you see, the park that is just a few streets away from my house is practically being taken over by these stoners. They do all sorts of shit to the playground.
My mom has told me and my other siblings to stay away from these kids. As in, not even walk within five feet of them.
Now I’m not so grounded, but the day that it happened, My little bother and sister were playing in the grass with other kids their age. Me and my older sister/best friend were walking around, talking to some of our friends blah, blah, blah.
My older brother, the oldest, was sitting right NEXT to the stoners. He was playing with his DS trying to get WiFi. And when the stoners decided to get out of there and go do something else, someone’s dad was already calling the cops to file a complaint. Really, the park looks like shit and there is often time broken glass around there, among, sometimes spray paint, “fuck” written everywhere, odd looking powder on the ground, broken benches and fire marks in random places.
So anyway, a dad was calling the cops and because my brother had nothing to do with those stoners, he was still sitting there getting a WiFi connection. The dad gave a really birf description of my brother and my brother heard. My brother got mad about it and got to leave.
The dad said he had “Scarred him off.” and then the cops were not going to come. My brother, still being mad. Heard this and flipped of the man.
He came storming over to me and my sister and he told us what happened.
Turns out, the man he had flipped off was the dad of a little girl I wanted to babysit.
Me and my sister go racing over to the dad a apologize. We talk it out, get our brother to say sorry, the man still seems upset and says it’s okay, everything worked out. Although, I couldn’t babysit that little girl because we didn’t want him saying anything that had happened to our parents.
We walk away from the man and I ask my older brother and sister if we should go home , if we should call our mom and tell her what happened. They brushed me off and didn’t give me an answer.
Later that day a cop came by, he asked what we were doing and we told we were just hanging out, which was the truth, he left after that.
We went home about 40 minutes after that and stayed home for a while. 6 hours after that we told them about the cop showing up and talking to us. They got angry because this is the second cop so far that has come up to us and talked to us.
Then my older sister says something about the conversation with the dad and then our parents got really angry about that and blah, blah, blah. We didn’t tell them about my brother flipping the guy off. I got yelled at for 1) not going home after the thing with the dad 2) “Sticking around” until the cop came (because my parents were convenced that he bother us because of what the dad reported) 3) waiting 6 hours until they heard word of it. And finally 4) not at lest telling my brother to them what had happened. Because all around, everything that happened that day was his fault.
We weren’t allowed to go to that park because of everything that happened and we weren’t allowed to walk place’s for a little while.
Things are getting much better now. And we’re even (almost) allowed to go to “The Park With The Swings” (a park that’s just barely out of our neighborhood)
