I have been reading Joseph Campbell's series of books about myth. In it he talks about he self as a source of myths and as a reflection of all its parts.What if their was no self...looking back at you was nothing but the physical? Sanskrit texts call this "Tamas"..darkness or delusion.
Well enough philosophy..a daz render with postwork in cs4..wanted to keep a simple image, so nothing to fancy. Thanks for looking and commenting!

This is a really strong image and shows impecable technique. It sums up what it is to be an 'artist', trying to see outside the shell and to engage with others, looking for answers he knows he will not find
