Story
The reason why he is green because he is made in a test tube by a Doctor who separate twins ( from being stuck together ) in order for his creation to be fully develop he used is own skin, growing it and added 2x Carbon, Hydrogen, Europium, Manganese, Lodine, Aluminium and Lithium.
When his creation was created he called it C.H.E.M.I.C.A.L as he took the first letter of each elements, when Chemical learned to use his brain, body and his powers went crazy and started eating Professer X's chemicals and metal but stuff never effected Chemical.
Professor X added a new ingredient called Xenon, so he was going to call him Chemical X but decided to have X as a Middle name.
The Doctor tried his best to calm Chemical down but he refused and escape. Chemcial has an OCD aka obsessive-compulsive disorder of cleaning and symmetry.
