I must know how du the background and all of that cool stuff because I don't know how with my tablet (it bamboo tablet thingy) plus I draw digital art with the mouse. I even watched your speed art video and... I still need to learn that kind of stuff o///<

It's a trick you can do in paint tool sai. The program has got its perks. It's really difficult to explain so perhaps look up a tutorial on YouTube?

If you got a good handdrawing skill and a tablet (like Wacom's Bamboo) you should be fine.
But yeah, SAI got some nice tools to make your life easier, hehe..
