Description
It was probably a mistake, the staff at MLS decided, to have let their newly adopted Taos Forest Horse mare in with the other pregnant TFH. The idea had been for the two to bond, and they had, but they'd taken that friendship to the extreme. Now it was nearly impossible for the staff to get near their pregnant mare, Tattersail, without being charged down by the rose grey mare who shared the pasture. The most frustrating thing had been losing the progress they'd made with their bloody shouldered mare. Now as Carol stood at the fence trying to get a picture of each of the mares for their website she frowned in frustrationg. Kintuskuroi, or Rori, refused to leave friend's side long enough for Carol to get an image of her alone. Sighing Carol snapped a picture of the spirited rose grey as she reared up on her hind legs. The manager of the stables knew she'd have to be content with Tattersail in the background for now, perhaps they could try again after the mare had been worked with more.

Physical Appearance:
Adult: Rori has the proper conformation of a TFH. She has a rather straight profile, not as convex as we’ve seen in some of the other imports. We have noticed that while she is still strong boned she seems to have a lighter build to her than some of the others. We are unsure what has caused this and will be looking to find others like her within the main group to determine if this is an anomaly or not.
Foal: Unknown arrived at MLS at the age of 6.

Temperament:
Adult: It’s a little hard to gauge Rori’s true personality right now as she has become increasingly protective of Tattersail, her herdmate. We believe this is because Tatter is currently pregnant but only time will tell. Upon approaching the mare she will become volatile and has even charged at staff a few times. We hope this is the result of her protectiveness and not her true nature.

History: Rori was brought in on the second Taos Forest Horse round up and was scheduled to go up for auction. Unfortunately there was simply not as much interests in our greys this time including our Princess. We debated about having her partake in the breeding control program and be released with the three remaining stallions into MLS private herd. It was decided though that there was something too special in her refined features and naturally smooth movements to not attempt to train her ourselves.
