Ember Mclain from the show Danny Phantom.Started out with a character for a completely different show; She somehow turned into regular Ember, then I got bored and went for Pirate Ember!!
Had a lot of fun playing with some new fx, etc.
Ember, 10 Years Later
EDIT::::::
I -attempted- to fix the left side of the bangs (but it still seams off to me...)
Straightened up the lines via SAI (ignore the ears, they kept giving me a hard time for some reason)
Fixed the ropes on the corset.
Fixed the shading.

Very cool effect for the lighting. I love the right side of the hair, is it purposefully different from the left or did you change techniques midway?
