Gia grew up in a fancy town and has a privileged life. Her parents weren't rich like most of friends' family, but they always worked hard to give Gia nice things they didn't have as children. She is an only child, and because her parents had to work a lot she spent a lot of time by herself. She would throw tea parties for her stuffed toys, and knew that someday she would have real friends to entertain.

As an adult she works hard at the local jewelry store. She's a natural at sales, and she loves the money. Her main goal in life is to make a lot of money and look glamours. However, she's been a bit too frivolous lately. Gia had has to buckle down at work. She is working on being less reckless with her spending (she's been hosting a lot of lavish parties and dining out almost every night). Her friends would gladly help her out, but she's determined to take care of her money woes herself.
