They always say the grass is greener.No one wants to be where they are.
We all strive for what we can't obtain.
To be on the other side.
But what is on the other side?
Beautiful skies?
Plush green grass?
A road paved with gold?
On the other side there may be joy,
There may be opportunity,
There may be hope,
There may be a future.
But there is also pain,
There is also death,
And there seems to be no way out
Of the other side.
We are onlookers.
We watch things happen,
But never bother to help
Those on the other side.
We are only doers
When we want to help ourselves,
To climb over the wall
To get to the other side.
Step back from your wall
Of a brighter tomorrow
And help someone else get over
The wall behind you.
If you are strong enough
To bring a brighter future to others,
Then you will be strong enough
To leap over the wall ahead.

*nods in agreement* well it seems like evryone is trying to get to the other side but the other side is just another person prison....so why go to the other side....brighten up your side and you'll live happier and longer.

I'm more pleased with this poem, it has more structure than the other ones...
4 lines per section, and in each main sections before I start giving a command to the reader, it includes "other side"
