It shouldn't take a genius to figure out who this is, especially if you know the Spider-Man series. -nod-A winter version of Otto, for well, Otto. The scarfs on the actuators were a last minute thing I thought of and decided to stick in, considering, hey, they might get cold too.
A running joke with this picture, when I first started doing it and Otto didn't have his actuators or glasses shaded in, was that he looked like Harry Potter. Thus, the name Otto Potter started springing up.
... I blame Ozzy for that.
