Again another one based off a special episode from explorers of sky; this is from "Igglybuff the Prodigy" which is basically Wigglytuff the Guldmaster telling his tale of how he got into explration which stmmed from childhood which is absolutely perfect for this
I reeeeeeally enjoyed working on this; Armaldo's design came out wonderfully to me and Igglybuff;s so cute <3 Plus the BG is right the way I wanted it!
