How To Install

you have to patch your system files using theme Resource Changer

now open your C:\windows\resources\themes.
And then copy the contents of theme folder to --->>> C:\windows\resources\themes
And then you can apply the theme from Personalization window
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization
(Paste this in your Windows Explorer)
IMPORTANT: You must use Theme Resource Changer to get the best result.

yes but i gave you files can run on both x86 and x64 and theme res changer is a program that patches ur system so that your theme is loaded 100% its not a software on which u work on there should be 4 files in the install folder , if not re-install it and shellbrd is a system file and cannot be just replaced rename shellbrd.dll to shellbrd.dll.back and now paste the new one i hope this will solve your problem

And I installed the Resource Changer but the program itself cannot be found. Only the uninstall file.

I tried replacing the shellbrd file (I made a backup), but it says I need permission to do that, even though I'm the only user and administrator of the computer.
