Bio: Denkaunsu's furr contains alot of static electricity. If a person touches Denkaunsu their hair will most likely rise from the static.

Ability: Static : Contact with pokemon may cause paralysis.

Hidden ability: Lightning rod : Electric-type moves are drawn to this Pokémon. Electric-type moves will do no damage and the Pokémon's SP ATK is raised one stage.

Height: 3ft. Weight: 28kg

Evolution: Choningu -> LVL 23 Denkaunsu -> LVL 34 ?

Notes: I actually designed this pokemon atleast 3 years ago ! it was apart of a incomplete sprite dex that i never published, oddly enough it fits well with its pre evo.
