Nice work. I'm an Anim8or user as well, and I was wondering how you do the eyes. I can't seem to get it right.

The eyes? Well, I don't have any particular method, I just experimented with different things and then tweaked them until I got it looking like I wanted.
For the eyes, I remember experimenting with spheres, streching and roatating them in different ways to try and find a shape that fit into the eye sockets well. I ended up with two sphere objects, one for each eye, fused them together, then hacked away at some parts that were sticking up through the head.
So yeah, I mostly just messed around with it till I got it looking right. I'm still pretty new as a modeler, and I haven't been modeling stuff for long while (just look at the date on my most recent deviation!

some ideas for you, perhaps he would learn forward if he was running fast? 
also you could do an animation then make it an avi and then make it a big gif for download

Thanks! Yeah, if he was runnig fast he probably would be leaning forward, but as you noted, I was going for more of a comedic look. As for the foot prints in the sand, this was just a quick little thing I did, so I didn't bother messing around with anything fancy. ^_^
