I usually ask this of any One Piece fan I can find: what do you expect out of the next 300 episodes leading up to episode 1000? Do you think the series will conclude at or shortly after episode 1000?

Hey Thax for the question I think the one piece story will be wrapped up around 1000 episodes but there might be more depending on of the fan Service is still holding up at that time plus there was an interview with Eiichiro Oda with him saying he wants to carry on one piece for 10 more years

Twenty Bucks says that One Piece ends with the Straw Hats and Blackbeard's pirates fighting over the One Piece on Raftiel in some full-scale war for the King of the Pirates. I'm also thinking Sabo will either become a Straw Hat himself (even if it's only temporary like Vivi) or get the Revolutionary Army to support Luffy; the latter makes more sense, considering that Dragon is Luffy's father.
