Absolutely beautiful shot. Love the curve visible in the leading primaries. Ringbills are beautiful.
I am a little surprised he still has his breeding plumage. Do most of them still have that around there?

The adults seem to be all like this, the juvi's have a kinda greyer appearance.

Looking at it again, I do notice a few gray streaks around the face. But that seems to be less than the ones around here have in winter. Could be an adaptation to a more northern climate, i suppose? It'd make sense if there's more snow there.
And yeah, the juvi's should be much grayer, along with having pink legs/beak instead of yellow.
