I've decided to help you, seeing this work. I hope you will understand me.

So: I noticed that you're a little do not respect the proportions; don't worry, all aspiring artists this is(and I was); I strongly advise you to draw, sketch, build the body using geometric shapes(circles, ovals, etc.). For example, the shoulders, the chest is circles, and the feet and hands - ovals.
I noticed an error in the right hand(which is raised upwards), and shoulder if separate from the body, because it's small and the dress not fitting, like on the left hand(which is omitted) and I showed it to blue.
Feet: I do not understand: the girl is or cost? If it is, then you draw the correct position of the feet, but if she is - then look at my correction.; with regards to the stop you are located as if the girl wore ballet shoes(ballerina shoes) supporting the foot straight, but as I see, it is quite the other shoes, so the tip of the foot needs to stand out, and the foot should stand a little tilted(if she goes).
Hair I thought back blowing in the wind, and if so, then the dress should podavitsya(indicated in blue).

You say the proportions are wrong. Since I have to say however that I am a doll (3D model) was used. Therefore, the proportions in this pose should be also correct. I think the pose itself was not very well chosen since one difficult realizes that the arms to go backwards.

It was not planned however, a wind blowing. The hair should move it, because she moved her upper body. And the head. I assume that not much good comes out. Otherwise you would have not proposed the change ^ ^
