Nope, it isn't, its by some pop idol, I think? I forgot the name.
The voice is kinda different, you could check it with the official jp trailers (lol Anna called out to Elsa instead of Kristoff)
Also FtFTiF's jp ver is kinda disappointing...
Although I think Sakamoto Maaya won't sing Let it Go either, and they decided to use US ver, but with sub...
