I've been watching Samurai Champloo lately, I'm only on episode 23 though. I probably should of finished watching it instead of drawing this but oh well.
The sunflower is a little cliche, I know.... D:EDIT: Nevermind, I just finished watching! O: So nice!

just a small detail i would like to say: notice the collar of the kimono. both men and women wear their right panel first and then the left panel so the collar should look like that. usually the panels are worn the other way (left panel first) only to dead people before funerals so....please notice this if you're drawing more kimonos ^^ ps. google image search is a nice thing :'D but awesome work indeed :'3

I really love the style of Fuu's kimono outfit that she's wearing as well as the dandelion that she's holding too. Her hair looks really wonderful!

I actually haven't watched a whole lot of Samurai Champloo, but I seriously love Fuu, and it's really cool to see her in your style. The crispness of your lines and colors are lovely, and her -lips- I like how they're defined mostly by color rather than line, and I'm so used to seeing/drawing red lips EVERYWHERE that I really like the way the paler color works here~ (umyeah I have no idea why I'm so fixated on the lips) I also really like the shape of her eyes and the shading on her hands, mmm. ;u;

Only crit I can see is that her left arm seems a little short and the angle of the forearm should perhaps have been opposite form what you've done...following the angle of the sleeve I mean...hard to explain...O_o
Everything else is A-1 and, as usual, those lips and the eyes are so lively!

Holy shmoly! How could you get all the way up to 23 (wasn't that one baseball blues? that ep was HILARIOUS) and not want to finish the series? Well, meh. I shouldn't force my own interests onto others, lol. Anyways, I love this Fuu pic. Your take on her is a reeeeally cute one. Colors are kickass as always. Oh, and I'm really feelin how you got the simple sun rays behind her. Nice overall composition.
